What We Do

 

Experience Volunteering is a service for residents living in East Manchester. We provide

information, advice and support to anyone interested in getting involved in volunteering.

We promote volunteering as a way to become more active, to gain new skills and particularly

good for anyone looking to boost their CV

 

Where We Are Based

 

Experience is a 4CT project based at the Grange, Pilgrim Drive, Beswick close to The City of

Manchester Stadium and Greymare Lane,

 

How Can Experience Help You

 

We can sit down with you and talk about what volunteering involves and provide

details of volunteering activities of all kinds. We can offer you volunteer placements

that provide a taster of real workplace environments or simply as a way of keeping

active in the local community

 

Some Types of Placements

 

Support Work, Manual / Warehouse, Office based, IT/Computers, Media / Arts, Retail,

Information & Advice, Befriending, Environmental, Fundraising, Event Volunteering,

Education, Sport / Leisure, Youth Work…and much more

 

Extra Support

 

Experience can meet your support needs; this includes introducing you to your volunteer

placement and provides training to help you feel confident and ready to get involved

in volunteering
